Built by a Contractor, for Contractors

VAs for Construction was founded by Chad Gill after 23+ years in commercial construction.

Chad Gill didn't come from tech. He came from the field. After building and selling Concreate Inc., a commercial concrete company, he saw the same problem across every contractor he knew: talented people buried in admin work, using tools they never adopted, and struggling to scale without adding overhead.

VAs for Construction was born from that frustration. The idea was simple: put a trained human in the business to create immediate capacity, then use that foundation to build real AI workflows โ€” not just buy more tools.

Today, VAs for Construction provides AI-trained virtual assistants and implementation consulting for GCs and subcontractors across the U.S. The company operates under a simple philosophy: capacity first, automation second.

Our Mission
Shepherd AI adoption for construction companies โ€” one workflow at a time.

Philosophy

What We Believe

Capacity before automation

You need a human foundation before AI makes sense. Start with a VA, then automate.

Adoption beats tools

The best tool unused is worthless. We drive adoption so the technology actually sticks.

Construction-first

Generic AI advice does not work here. We know the industry, the workflows, and the people.

Progress over perfection

Start small, prove ROI, then expand. Perfection is the enemy of progress.
